Medical Appointments: Eras is still providing transportation to essential medical appointments through volunteers. If a volunteer cannot be found for an essential medical appointment, we will coordinate and pay for a cab to transport the client.
Grocery Delivery: Volunteers are available to grocery shop for clients and deliver food pantry stock boxes to those in need of food.
Phone Calls to Seniors: We are beginning to place wellness check-in calls to our clients to ensure they have what they need, and to provide a break from social isolation.
Grocery or Medication Delivery: Help a senior or adult with a disability receive food or medication by picking it up and delivering it to their home. Volunteers are needed to grocery shop for a client (using the client’s shopping list and form of payment) in addition to picking up online grocery orders or food pantry stock boxes. COMMUNITY MEALS: Although we will NOT be "seating" people inside for our supper at our three meals per week Community Meals Program, we WILL stage WALK-UP operations in our parking lot. Grab and go meals will be available at all locations listed below between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. each day. Families are encouraged to sign up for the service in order to plan our number of meals serve.

A five-day supply of bagged lunches will be available for all district-enrolled students to purchase on Mondays from 9 - 11 a.m. during the closure. Pick up at Hamilton High School.
Please pull up to the cafeteria doors and remain inside your vehicle. Lunch service staff will ask for your name and the student's PIN. They will place the bag lunches in your trunk. Normal meal prices apply and will be charged to students’ accounts as follows:
$2.60 each for grades K-6
$2.95 each for grades 7-12
40 cents each for students who receive reduced price lunches
Free for students eligible for free lunches.
Families are encouraged to apply for free or reduced lunch using the Campus Infinity account.
Oconomowoc School District

The OASD has established a plan to provide meals for all students who are in need and we have alerted food pantries to increased community need. If this is a worry for you, please contact your school social worker so we can help you access district and/or community resources.
Families that qualify for free or reduced lunch can pick up a full week of breakfast and lunch “Grab and Go” meals at Oconomowoc High School East Campus. Pick up dates and times are as follows:
Sunday, March 29: 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Monday, March 30: 8:00-10:00 a.m. or 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
This program will continue as long as the OASD is closed and will allow families an easy food pick-up plan. District social workers will be on hand to help families through this process. If you do not have a vehicle, please contact your school social worker for delivery arrangements.
